To support those who support our Veterans, the VA's Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers expanded in October 2020 to include: eligible WWII, Korean, and Vietnam Veterans, eligible Veterans with a service-connected disability rating of 70% or higher, and access to financial planning and legal services. The FY20 NDAA completely eliminates the Widow’s Tax, but in phases. No changes will take place in calendar year 2020. In 2021, one-third of the SBP will be restored.
